Those scallops look amazing. Man I love those.

I was apprehensive about an oil and vinegar sauce on steak but that chimichurri surprised me, really delicious on steak, even my wife loved it!

Just me for dinner last night so I cooked a tri-tip steak (rare) with a to small corn on the cob, salad and a glass of 2007 Oppolo Mountain Zinfandel.

Wow, what a nice dinner you made for yourself, Mark ( mgaretz ). That tri-tip looks eminently eatable.

When my husband is away and it's only me, supper consists of popcorn, beer and a chick flick.

Mmmm... I love me some fish tacos! I live close to a Rubio's Fish Tacos restaurant. I think they started the fish taco craze in America. Their fish tacos are so AWESOME I don't even try to replicate them... I pay retail.😎

Ugh, it's a Gremlin. I hate Gremlins. smarkley can you link the specific thread for us?

Cherry/Prickly Pear Cobbler... These cherries are Bings and are dark naturally (we picked them this year from my brother's orchard!) I could have used more prickly pear though, maybe twice as much. The juice made the cake part look burnt but it wasn't
