ID:	1023463 Just a little Mon. night cook. Marinaded pork chunks, about a lb., 1/4 c soy, 2 Tb dk soy, 2 T white wine, 1T fish s. , 1T hoisin, pinch o f salt. Snow peas w/ garlic, scallions, salt & soy s. Red peppers w/2 T stevia. It’s sort of a usual but a really good compliment of sweet & savory, a combo w/ the pork, savory w/peas, sweet for the peppers.

I couldn't find that cooker on The Wok Shop site, but I did find this one which looks very similar. https://importfood.com/products/thai...de-in-thailand
Then there's this, which looks pretty cool, I jumped through the video until I got to the meat of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BadzT_28ZdA

Whew pkadare , I paid $50 for it about a year ago to replace one my buddie broke. They want a bill? I may call wok shop & find out what the deals is. The dude with the "simple" substitute lost me at the 3:30 mark. Way to much work ‘thought put into it.

Not as many Monday night steps here. Just pork chops on the kettle with a little Montreal Steak seasoning (pecan wood chips) with a baked potato and salad. They were good.

      Awesome lamb chops 👍

Here's my amateur attempt at tamagoyaki. Not pretty or perfect but delicious nonetheless. After doing this on a round cast iron pan this morning I ordered a cheap tamagoyaki pan.

Tamagoyaki in cast iron? You must have strong wrists! Did you order a set of cooking chopsticks along with the pan?

Rolled them and froze them, then portioned to 6 each. Seal-a-meal and stored for future quick meals.

Pics are jus fine, amigo! Fret ye not!

smokin fool if you open the picture on the iPhone and simply use the AUTO button, it balances the colors. Works for me every time! Plus it makes sure the pictures are "right side up". There was a time when my pics kept flipping.

        SheilaAnn alright alright...Bolognese with Pappardelle!!

Icelandic cod with bell pepper, sweet onion, and a mystery pepper from my grocery store that’s similar to a scotch bonnet but missing that unique scotch bonnet taste. Basmati rice cooked with an actual scotch bonnet and green onion.
