I am working out details of attending. I am wondering about the roster of attendees. Are there any plus one on the attendance roster? My wife would like to join me, but she is not interested if she is the only wife. Anyone’s wife joining them.

On page 2 Wayne suggested that people post introductory videos, although he recognized that lots of posters don’t know how to do it. My introduction is below, and my next post explains how to upload a video to YouTube and embed the video in a post here at The Pit.

Here are the steps to use your IOS device to post a video on YouTube and share it here. I’m assuming you know how to shoot a video on your phone and have a YouTube account.
Although there are 13 steps, it really only takes a minute or two.
1. Open YouTube.
2. Press the "+" button that’s shown at the bottom of every page, as shown here:
3. Select "Upload a video".
4. Unless you’ve done this before, you’ll have to allow YouTube to see the video. I recommend you choose to allow access to just that video, which will be one of the prompts.
5. Press "Next" in one of the right hand corners, and wait a few seconds for the data to download.
6. Press "Next" again, and wait a few more seconds.
7. Select "Visibility" as "Public", and press "Upload Short". (It may say "Upload Video").
8. Your video should be uploaded, and shown in your library. Click it to open it.
9. Click "Share" and "Copy Link".
10. Come to this thread.
11. Press the icon that shows a strip of film. If you’re so young that you don’t know what film looks like, please see the pic below. If your screen doesn’t show all the icons, press the "A" that’s underscored.
12. Paste your link into the box where it says "Enter your video clip URL below."

Please put me down as Interested/Tentative. My annual fraternity Alumni Nags Head trip is that weekend but I usually go early on Thursday and come back Saturday. I can't take any more debauchery than that. If I get back early enough count me in. I mean, I live in Kernersville which is a 15 minute drive
