Looks so good! I picked up on of the Kirkland spiral sliced hams the other day @ $1.88/lb. I have it in the freezer for Christmas.

Nothing fancy but this 16lb bird turned out awesome. Cooked in just over 2 hours at 260-280 in the 26†kettle. Just dry brined over night and used some broth, butter and herbs for an injection and a basic rub I made.
i used some spray oil (pam) two different times during the cook and the skin turned out nice and crispy!
