No plan for dinner no problem. Yesterday her car window got smashed when she was hiking. So I took her to the auto glass shop to get it fixed. On the way back my check engine light comes on. Shortly after my car is overheating. I had to leave it on the side of the road. Then I had to meet with clients today but made it back to my car, removed the radiator, found a hole clean through it, bought a new one, installed it and the car is back home. So I got this stuff on the way home and grilled it up quick on the Blaze.

Bogy I also like the thick asparagus. In my area, it seems to vary day by day.

tbob4 Thanks- I mixed a little with mayo and sour cream for a sauce for fish tacos, but when I went to dig in with some chips, my wife had finished off the bowl.

2 Prime brisket points (from Creekstone when they had a sale on the twin packs) on the Grilla Silverbac today. This is about 7.5 hrs in, almost 180F and nearly ready to wrap.

I wrapped in paper about ~180-183, I just wrapped both together with the thinner ends overlapping each other. I used Bear Moutain's Bold Blend pellets- they are my favorite.

glitchy Yeah. It was a nice day here a couple days ago (finally, for Pete's sake) so I put Volbeat on the bluetooth speaker and went to town. I've done it a few times so it was rather easy. Only took about 15 mins this time and then I wire brushed it and oiled it and gave it a nice internal clean job as well, long overdue. Mosca inspired me to just git er done.

My bride wanted Ribs two nights in a row. Who am I to argue.

RichieB I started with chicken breasts that I sliced and dredged in seasoned flour, egg, and seasoned panko.

I realized these are "chicken strips" not "tenders" which are a different cut of chicken.

I've got those same burners, they are great.

I decided to do what everyone else is cooking for Cinco de Mayo….Asian Beef Stir Fry! Hey, it’s raining here, wanted to do flank steak on the grill for tacos but I decided to stay dry instead. Spooned it on top of Udon Stir-Fry Noodles. Also used my first ever purchase of Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce with the cook….very good stuff!

Jim White Thanks man. The Udon noodles are sold at Kroger in the Asian section on the regular aisle. They’re not frozen or refrigerated. All you have to do is heat them up for 90 seconds in the microwave…EZ PZ.

Andrrr I’m not sure really, maybe someone else can answer that. This is my first time, it’s kinda similar to soy sauce I think.

Stacy was out yesterday and it was just me for dinner. So, I celebrated the 5th of May with some great German food …. Grilled bratwurst (from Owen’s Meats in Cle Elum, WA), sauerkraut, and deli mustard!
