So, have another setback with my Grilla. We'll see if the part gets here in time.
Went in to swap out the igniter, and the screw that holds it in place snapped off when I was trying to loosen it. So, new burn pot on the way from Michigan. Hopefully gets here in time to take part. Have some pork belly and some massive pork chops on the way, plus somehow I qualified for not just one, but two loyalty gifts from Heritage Foods USA. Booyah.

It’s a chance to show off what you can do with your cooker, if you have one of those 2 types of cookers. If your cooker burns wood or pellets, you’re in. You can cook any type of food you want in it. Starting Labor Day Friday, there’ll be a new post started to show off your cooks. Ends Labor Day Monday.
