I feel sorta silly posting this because I technically did not cook it. It delicious though.

I don’t recall seeing this in the pit before. Could be wrong.

Popcorn I popped with butter and sprinkled with my Sweet Heat BBQ rub.

RonB it’s an opopop popcorn container for the microwave. It’s silicone and has a vented lid. The popcorn they sell for it is good but really expensive. I just put a tablespoon of popcorn oil in it and a 3 oz. Dixie cup of regular kernels in and 2.25 minutes I have delicious popcorn. The container is great. It even collapses for storage.

I looked googled opopop, and that is the one my wife gave me. I didn't care for the flavors, but the popper is better than the one I had been using.

Have you tried the Amish baby popcorn? That's my go to ,cause I think it has more flavor:

I buy the 3 2 lb bags on the top row on the far right, (lasts me several years), but they have a variety pack
      too.

Sirloin steak in a big pack for $2.99 a lb., so sous vide followed by sear in the Ooni Koda... a little well done for my taste, but this one I seared longer for my DW.

      Delishus!

Tried pickled eggs for the first time when I picked up these from my ACE yesterday. I ate them all in 24 hours. Jaco and I decided to make our own, but I wasn't about peeling quail eggs so we went with chicken eggs. Can't wait to see how they turn out in 7 days. Jaco insisted that Kong be part of the photo.

      Eat fresh!

With it still being insanely hot outside, this tuna poke bowl is just so refreshing: brown rice, avocado, ahi tuna mixed with a sriracha mayo, and covered with black sesame seeds.

Flank steak just can’t be beat. So versatile and such a great cut of beef! Just went simple, SPOGOS and hot and fast on the gasser. Turned out perfect! And served that with an arugula and roasted beet salad with pecans and goat cheese drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. This salad is also becoming one of my favorites!

I love any salad with nuts on it.

Now that fzxdoc so kindly taught me how to cook garbanzos in an Instant Pot …. Had a salad of garbanzos, aragula, shaved fennel, red onion, a lemon/orange juice vinaigrette and some grilled scampi style shrimp. Great end of summer dinner

And there's a bunch more recipes in there that Stacy and I have put on the proverbial list!

Started with flyingpiglet 's caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden. Finished with strozzapreti with sugo di gamberi. More fresh tomatoes.

        Incredible!

Last nights tacos. Do you call them fajitas because of peppers, onions and lime? Or just chicken tacos? No matter, they were pretty tasty. Homemade roasted tomato salsa and homemade guacamole. Store bought tortillas and sour cream.

I see a Kettleheadz sticker. Nice cook.

I'm not completely sure, but it's possible that thse hot dogs may have been just a bit too close to the fire for just a bit too long.
