RonB it’s an opopop popcorn container for the microwave. It’s silicone and has a vented lid. The popcorn they sell for it is good but really expensive. I just put a tablespoon of popcorn oil in it and a 3 oz. Dixie cup of regular kernels in and 2.25 minutes I have delicious popcorn. The container is great. It even collapses for storage.

Tried pickled eggs for the first time when I picked up these from my ACE yesterday. I ate them all in 24 hours. Jaco and I decided to make our own, but I wasn't about peeling quail eggs so we went with chicken eggs. Can't wait to see how they turn out in 7 days. Jaco insisted that Kong be part of the photo.

Weber Kettle with an SNS
Masterbuilt kettle that I call the $30 wonder grill
Bullet by Bull Grills gasser
Anova WiFi sous vide machine
Thermoworks Thermapen and Chef Alarm
Flank steak just can’t be beat. So versatile and such a great cut of beef! Just went simple, SPOGOS and hot and fast on the gasser. Turned out perfect! And served that with an arugula and roasted beet salad with pecans and goat cheese drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. This salad is also becoming one of my favorites!

Now that fzxdoc so kindly taught me how to cook garbanzos in an Instant Pot …. Had a salad of garbanzos, aragula, shaved fennel, red onion, a lemon/orange juice vinaigrette and some grilled scampi style shrimp. Great end of summer dinner
Recipe from this cookbook that I just got based on a recommendation on Rancho Gordo

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
