Finster I love it so far. I have done ribs, butts, and wings at the same time. I have only used the slotted sections for butts. There is room for another rack or two. You can smoke a lot of different foods at once and that's why I got it. I smoke on the Bronco and now my Weber Kettle is freed up for anything. I did not like hanging a Tri Tip, so that stays on the Kettle with the SnS.

Purc Guess I gotta get me one too, there has been a few times I’d like to hang something and grate something at the same time. I cooked something else inside a few times because of that.

That is divine! Remind me again how much venison you have in reserve? I have not been sufficiently envious today.

Reserve? Lol We harvested 2 bucks and 2 doe this year. I got a buck and one doe, my wife a doe, and my eldest a buck. Michael_in_TX
