theroc don’t you just love the miso glazed (enter fish name here)? I know I do!

Picanha roast cook. This bad mama jama was 4#! I’ll be blowing up the leftovers thread for sure. Sliced it up way too soon, we was hungry. Oh, and my virgin run of the combustion thermometer. Review on that thread. Spoiler: I love this thing! And I’m pi$$ed that I do.

      Looks just amazing!

Yesterday's freezer cleanout yielded a small bag of leftover shredded beef ribs, and some assorted hot peppers from my garden...
It made for some tasty hash.
add a couple of over medium eggs fried in brown butter, and a toasted leftover burger bun, and breakfast is served... Click image for larger version

Heat the butter in the pan until it starts to brown a little before adding the eggs.
      It adds good flavor.
I like to do it with pasta sometimes too..

Just put on a rack of STL ribs and a Boston Butt on the Bronco this morning. Using a combo of Meat Church's Honey Hog Hot and Honey Bacon rubs. Smoking over hickory and cherry.

Finster I love it so far. I have done ribs, butts, and wings at the same time. I have only used the slotted sections for butts. There is room for another rack or two. You can smoke a lot of different foods at once and that's why I got it. I smoke on the Bronco and now my Weber Kettle is freed up for anything. I did not like hanging a Tri Tip, so that stays on the Kettle with the SnS.

Love the grate and hang. I wish we saw more of this us PBC and Bronco owners.

Purc Guess I gotta get me one too, there has been a few times I’d like to hang something and grate something at the same time. I cooked something else inside a few times because of that.

Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Forgot to take the on the plate photo.

Reserve? Lol We harvested 2 bucks and 2 doe this year. I got a buck and one doe, my wife a doe, and my eldest a buck. Michael_in_TX

Leg of lamb with Dolly's lamb rub. I substitute garlic powder for the cloves. Cooked on my Weber kettle, 2 zone setup and I use the fuse method for long cooks like this or especially with brisket.

Wow that must have tasted good!

Whipping up a couple cups of cherry bbq sauce for tonight’s cherry ribs!
2 cups of my Smokey bourbon bbq sauce with a can of cherries puréed and incorporated.
This is the same as the peach I did last week only , you know, with cherries.

A few from this past week.
Salmon from a few nights ago, with a fresh chimi,
Beef & vegetable and barley soup, ribeye steak with a bed of caramelized onions and shredded potatoes, topped with a poached egg, and some smoked sea salt chocolates.

        That’s all? (j/k)

Just did a quick hot smoke of some chicken breasts for the fridge. Did these on a 2 day soak in olive oil and my butt rub hot in hickory.
Great for lunches or dinner for my girls when I can not get home to cook.
