My usual of frozen diced chicken with brown rice and an almost illegal amount of Thai seasoning and crushed red pepper.

Defrosted some smoked turkey from Thanksgiving. Cut up two carrots and steamed them and topped them with (a bit too much) ghee. Yum.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Although I've been smelling smoke (and smelling LIKE smoke all day) due to monitoring a pastrami, for lunch home alone, I had a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. And I was still hungry, so I added a bowl of cheerios for dessert!
Pastrami is still stalled, and I had some learning curve issues with keeping the temp over 200F in the SNSK, so dinner - who knows?Last edited by jfmorris; February 4, 2021, 04:45 PM.
