I’m working in Lakewood, WA today, just south of Tacoma. Went to my favorite, at the moment, place in the area, Birrieria Tijuana. Got some birria tacos, they call them cheese tacos, and consommé. Really, really good!

Did some salmon seared in cast iron, seasoned with Chef Paul's Magic Salmon seasoning, then finished in the oven, served with steamed carrots topped with ghee. Yum.

Tuna Fish Sammi on homemade baked Italian roll. Closest I get to a restaurant is their curbside. Maybe after a stab in the arm that can change.

Leftover hotdog with kraut, brown mustard and sweet relish on a bun. For desert, leftover pork butt on a roll.

Jake's Cafe in Broken Arrow. Had a delicious hamburger steak smothered with brown gravy, mushrooms, onions. Huge pile of mashed potatoes along with a nice house salad. Warm, soft rolls rounded out my lunch. One of my favorites!!
