I would have to go with beef. If I can only have one cut of beef, it would have to be NY strip. And if I want a burger, I'll shove a steak through the Kitchenaide grinder...

In the past I might have chosen pork ribs, or chicken wings, but I am feeling like beef more these days.

I don’t think I could go a whole year without bacon so pork it is.

I too would go for pork. I've been known to give into impulse and smoke a shoulder on a whim, sometimes at all odd hours of the day. And bacon goes with everything too.

If health wasn’t a factor, beef no doubt.

if considering health chicken although it would be difficult for a whole year.

That’s easy. I think beef. But I could go with pork, too. And chicken you can do a lot of ways. So definitely beef. Except the days I ran out and it would be pork. Or chicken.

Definitely beef for me. I could have beef for dinner every night 😁.

Pork has the best range for versatility. You can use the whole animal even make crackling's.
I think after the a dog a pig should be man's second best friend.
The twist in the tail is I love pork.

Pork. Especially pork belly as it plays a large roll in many ethnic cuisines.
