Onion salt, garlic salt, and dried sweet basil … sprinkled on just before grilling and all in moderation until you get a good feel for the results.

My All-Purpose Rub. Sprinkle on both sides and toss the meat on the grill.

I think this is about the 5th time I've seen you mention the holy gospel. One of these days I'm going to pick it up I swear!

I found Holy Gospel at our local Runnings Store. Will give it a try.

I use this on steak and burgers. When I make a batch, I leave out the salt.

I either use Montreal Steak Seasoning on burgers or my EBR, which I think is kinda good

and no, not hating on the frozen patties at all. I'd go with the gasser, personally. Throw the burgers on, as they start defrosting, hit them with the seasoning, flip 'em, and finish cooking. For a large group and a gas grill, frozen patties is easy and convenient.

It depends on my want that particular day. Meatheads Beef Rub, Hard Core, FlatIron BBQ Rub for heat. Sometimes salt and pepper will do it.

I prefer simple—either SPG or msybE BBBR.
