Love of Kettles and always looking for a new vintage kettle to add to the collection.
Weber Spirit II 310 Natural Gas Grill
Weber Stainless Steel Performer (Plum)
Weber 18" Kettle (Plum)
Weber 22" Kettle (Yellow) x 2
Samson Dominion 22" kettle (red)
Grilla Silverbac Pellet grill
Thermapen
Favorite Beer Type: IPA
My new favorite is Swine Life Prime Beef Rub for burgers and steaks. Umami ingredients really amp up the beef flavors.

Salt and pepper or Lawry’s and pepper. I have the luxury of being able to grind my own meat. I usually go with a 75/25 mix. I form the patties as loose as I can and put them in COLD. Cook them gently allowing most of that fat to render. That is where the flavor comes from. The looser patties result in a better texture. For me fancy seasoning obscures and distracts from the best aspects of a good burger.

Depends on the burger, but for smash burgers/diner burgers it's either Lawry's or Redbeard's # 8.

I'm not the connoisseur you guys are, but I'm surprised nobody ever mentions my years old favorite for nearly everything. Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt. It is basically salt, black pepper, a bit of cayenne, granulated onion and granulated garlic. I throw it on or into almost everything.
