I think Evan Williams Single Barrel is one of the best bourbons for the price. Here in PA it is about $28 bucks and really, really good. They have different releases all the time. I just had a 2008 barrel #16 that was one of the best bourbons I've tasted.

I recommend what I refer to as th' 'Whitman's Sampler' approach.
YMMV, dependent on octane ratings of fuels consumed...
Yer bar is less bottles shy than mine; I need to resupply, badly.

Ok. My wife decided she needed to come up with a seasonal cocktail for Fall: A tall glass with some ice. One shot Rye whisky, a half shot Fireball cinnamon whisky, one shot Praline pecan liqeuer, topped off with Samuel Smith's organic hard apple cider. Different and delicious. I named it the "Fall Down".

A liquid matrix that was 88% water and 12% dry matter at one time. Not sure what the %'s are for whole milk you purchase in the store, but I'm pretty sure they add up to 100.

Goes good with my Snickers with Hazelnut.
