St Louis! - until this year I only made baby backs, then finally I made some St Louis style after seeing a recommendation (here!). They are both good but definitely prefer the St Louis Ribs!
Before I started doing my own smoking, the only ribs usually available were Baby Backs. They were okay, but restaurant stuff is not generally as good as what we all like to do. So I started with spare ribs or SLC ribs and never turned back. Hard to beat them from the PBC. Just a little rub and let them go until done. YUMMMMMMMM!
