Just curious, do you know what those hangers are made of? I'd be a little cautious using nonfood approved items, especially in an heated environment where leaching of various chemicals/compounds is increased.

Vertical Ribs
So while I am saving my nickels for a PBC I thought I would try the hanging tech in my cheap cabinet smoker. I found some picture hangers that would work with a little customization. I went at 240 - 250 for 3hrs then wrapped for another hour in the home oven at 225. Came out great. They were 3.25 lbs.9 PhotosTags: None
