So while I am saving my nickels for a PBC I thought I would try the hanging tech in my cheap cabinet smoker. I found some picture hangers that would work with a little customization. I went at 240 - 250 for 3hrs then wrapped for another hour in the home oven at 225. Came out great. They were 3.25 lbs.

Just curious, do you know what those hangers are made of? I'd be a little cautious using nonfood approved items, especially in an heated environment where leaching of various chemicals/compounds is increased.
