Man cave has been converted to 'office central' and the pool table is now a stand up desk and paperwork repository, but I'm at home with a great fam, a stocked fridge and some killer tunes!
What a great thread. Many, many thanks to everyone here that contributes to this awesome community (and thanks, I guess?, for turning my BBQ diversion into a full blown obsession!)

Peaceful....get out and raise a ruckas in that Ford....
Nice set up you have there, our place is 23 years old and still no tree cover to speak of.
One of my peeves about this place.

ofelles, Sweet Ride! It's a shame, practically giving gas away, and can't go anywhere. We've thought about going to our lake house, we can do our work from either home office, but afraid to go 2 hours away. If we would have to stay in place the freezer and pantry packed with food is here. Bought my wife a Ford Edge a couple of weeks ago, but when she does get to drive it I don't let her leave the car.

2 reverse flow stick burners (I built)
Propane griddle
3 charcoal grills
pellet grill
Meat slicer, meat grinder, sausage stuffer
Smash burgers for lunch here also. Both my wife and I are still working. She is HR at the local Wal-mart, and I run a lumber yard. Construction still allowed in our state. So we are not "trapped" at home as many are, but straight home after work. I have been craving a good burger, so I had the griddle hot when she got home today for lunch.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
We had a "drive by" wedding shower today here in Alabama, for my daughter. We all stayed 6 feet away from each other, had masks on when folks drove up to leave their gifts, took photos of them in their cars in a frame the wife made, and talked from 10-15 feet away. Most family but a few close friends came by, dropped their gifts on the table by the street or popped the trunk to have us take it out.
Fun times to be having a wedding!

Yesterday Kroger had buy 1 get 1 free chuck roasts. I bought 2 (saved $18) and ground all of it. This is what it yielded:
4 burgers with a little bacon in them for dinner last night. This is what I vac-sealed: 4 additional burgers, a pound of meat for coney sauce, a pound for tacos, a pound for sloppy Joe's and 2 pounds for weeknight chili.

ofelles No, Pontiac G8 Base V6. It's a really nice car, I can still get in as much trouble as a V8.
Just takes me a few seconds more.....
GTO was the model before the G8 which became the Chevrolet SS.
It's all over now as GM closed the Holden line in Australia and canned the whole shebang.
Dorks!!!!

JeffJ If you remember the Pontiac G8 was a re-badged Holden Commodore imported from Oz.
I'm a GM guy, always will be, but it seems GM loved buying car makers taking they're best technologies then blowing them up.
Again one of the things GM does that gets my goat.
But I do love this car, now if I could fit a 22" Weber in somewhere and smoke while driving....I'd marry her.....
