Honestly, if I had my choice between an apple dessert and a chocolate dessert, I would go apple! Lots of cinnamon, please. That’s said, if apple is not an option, chocolate pudding (homemade with really good chocolate). Oh.... or a profiterole!

Most of all, I love strawberry pudding [link removed by Huskee], which melts in my mouth under a cup of coffee. Those who have already prepared cakes at home already know that this is a fascinating process in itself. And although this is not a cake, but a chocolate cake with pudding is no exception. But, most importantly, this is the end result, because how happy the soul is when the dessert is already on the table and everyone is waiting for the command "you can eat". By the way, I do not have an exact recipe, but there is a special feature - instead of butter, I add margarine. I will allow myself to leave this advice here, I hope someone will find it useful.

Ice cream. Any flavor, any brand. Ice cream sandwiches, Klondikes (especially Heath), homemade like with the ice cream maker my Grandmother had that you had to use rock salt with and crank by hand. I have had a couple of the new electric ice cream makers that are pieces of junk, and I don't have the perseverance to crank one of the old ones. My grandma, on the other hand, had 9 kids, and all of those kids had kids, so she had a large number of grand chillun to crank that baby...
