Mince Meat Pie if it is made right is my number one.
    Rhubarb is a close second.

The old farm women used to make a big deal of the mincemeat pies. Most of them had their own little twist and all of them were delicious.

Real mincemeat -- the kind made with meat? Or the fruit based "mincemeat" that most people think of nowadays? Love the meat based one, but it's all but extinct. The fruit version is usually way too sweet for my tooth. It's okay in a tiny tart where there's a high crust to filling ratio, but it's too, too much in a real normal-sized pie.

Made with meat. And yes it is pretty much gone.

That being said, I do love my sister-in-law's Pecan Pie. Insanely rich and it is simply amazing.

its a tie between pecan and peanutbutter. 2ndvplace is key lime, and coconut crene is third. If you really anna throw a wrench in there, toss in cobblers into the same catigory.

Love me some pecan pie. And blackberry cobbler. And definitely won't turn down a German chocolate cake when made with the recipe found on Hershey's semi sweet chocolate.

Come to think of it, my co-worker from Buffalo, NY makes a MEAN Concord grape pie. That's pretty high on my list, too. Anyone who likes blueberry pie would love this.

Now a dessert outside the box I like is eclair cake.

First one one makes a Pate a Choux and spreads it out thinly across a jelly roll pan. Then you bake it until golden brown. Cool to room temperature.

Next make a large box of instant vanilla pudding per directions and then blend in 8 oz. of softened cream cheese into it.

Spread this his mixture over the cooked Pate a Choux. Let set up in the fridge a bit.

Then spread a tub of Cool Whip over the entire surface and then drizzle Hershey’s chocolate syrup over the whole thing.

            Slice, serve and enjoy.

Banana Pudding made in a medium sized bowl layering vanilla wafers, bananas, pudding, vanilla wafers, bananas, pudding, etc. or my aunt's chocolate meringue pie.
And if anyone ever asks you what "mer-in-goo" pie is just tell them its a pie they will love.

Well this time of year I love a sugar cream pie, so smooth, sweet and creamy......yum plus it’s very easy to make.
During the summer months we love fruit cobblers, especially blackberry!!

Nanaimo bars. When my wife makes them they disappear by the row. Insanely addictive if you have a sweet tooth.

Anything at all from House of Pies in Houston. Sorry but this is like having 10 kids and asking me which is my favorite, the list goes on and on and on and....well I guess I never met a pie I didn't like
