    Beef short ribs

    I promise I have been cooking, however, no pics until yesterday so it didn’t happen although I haven’t list weight! Offspring came home from
    coll this weekend and a 3 of his buddies from college were here too. Made some beef ribs and potatoes dauphinois. Requests were made for leftovers to return to college with Offspring.

    Also made him pork belly burnt ends for his arrival Friday. The Yoder has been working hard.

        Had leftovers, however, they called dibs on them. My wife has them packaged and in a cooler for the baby boy and his three friends.

      Man, every time my 23 year old and his friends come over, I end up with no food left in the fridge at all.

        There were only 3 plus him. I was led to believe there would be three others and then it would have been perfect. As it was they went through 2 three rib plates.
