coll this weekend and a 3 of his buddies from college were here too. Made some beef ribs and potatoes dauphinois. Requests were made for leftovers to return to college with Offspring.

There were only 3 plus him. I was led to believe there would be three others and then it would have been perfect. As it was they went through 2 three rib plates.
