Very nice!! I love the briskets off the PBC. I think I am going to free the old girl for the labor day weekend!!! She has been in storage. The KBQ and the Keg get all the playing time these days.

              Once again, great looking cook!!!

That's a great looking brisket Obi-Dan .... Really great. I may just have to go down to Costco this afternoon and grab a packer!

Obi-Dan, I am doing my first brisket on my PBC this thursday, I hope mine turns out as well as yours looks. I am doing a 12 lb prime packer from Costco.

Good luck. In the PBC I trust. I can't wait to see you pics.

My first brisket (12 lbs before trimming) before wrapping. Internal temp of 160 °. Cooked until internal of 200 then placed in cooler for almost 4 hrs. When I unwrapped it to cut, it was still at 165. Sorry there are no pictures after this. Everyone showed up just as i started to cut it and got busy talking and eating. 6 people and there were no leftovers so I guess it wasnt that bad.

Looks great man. I loved running mine last weekend. I forgot how easy it is too cook on that rig. I think I looked at it twice before I wrapped my shoulder. And All I did was look, I didn't have to make any adjustments. Once you get the lighting procedure down, its pretty much set and forget. And the results speak for themselves. Great looking cook man. #PBC
