Great choice vandy I've never used peach or plum.

I have used peach but in only a few cooks, works great for pork. I have never used plum but I have a bag of dried plums that bought from Costco for snacking on and they are really sweet so I thought why not, the wood must be sweet too right.

OK vandy - apple, peach, plum and sweet cherry it is! I will get these packed up soon, labeled well, and they should be mailed out to you by this Thursday if not sooner.

I'll post a pic here of the box, including its weight, when she's packed & ready....
