It really steps up the kettle game. I love having the space.

How do you like your M1?

ecowper I like it a lot. I’ve only used the stick burner option once though. I need to use it as a stick burner more. It dials in at 225-250 real easy and was easy to keep steady temps when burning wood. I’m still learning how to use it you could say.

Butchman It seems to me that if the M1 had been available when I was shopping for the Hasty-Bake, it would have been a challenge deciding between the two.

Your photo creates an optical illusion with your pits in the background. They look like they are hanging next to your CI Dutch oven.

Here’s my little set up. Webber kettle and PBC with my little table in the middle. Thanks for doing this. You’re a heck of a guy Huskee.

That small table is brilliant. I have ideas for improving my setup.

The table is probably the best accessory I have ever bought. It's a clothes folding table from Target. I mounted the hooks and am considering painting it to look like its stainless steel. I'm mostly considering painting it to amuse myself. Behind the PBC are a few concrete blocks my chimney sits on. Maybe I'll get the stone-style paint for those and pretend its granite.

Were we supposed to put up all of the setup? I didn't read very carefully because the KBQ had a fresh pic.
