Panhead John That most certainly will work! What about doing four days? I think a week, even five days are too much...don't want to overwhelm the judges.

Sounds like a great plan! I've made my plans -- time to start purchasing the ingredients I don't have on-hand -- I just cleaned through our cupboards to get rid of anything unwanted
