Anybody know? I got them from the FM yesterday. But I forgot to write down what they are. And they are not answering my email. I remember it starts with a “C”. The largest cap is about the size of a half dollar. But most of them are the size of a quarter. The stems are long. The tasting notes said they are a bit nutty. I am guessing they would be great roasted.

There's a couple mushroom ID threads of Reddit that would probably come up with it pretty quick. The only other "C" shroom I can think of is Cremini, which doesn't look right iirc.Comment

FYI, mushroom are the fruit of the fungus plant. They're trying to make them legal here in portland. But that must be a different mushroom. LOL
