        Just got done in the glaze, now back into the smoker for that last 25 minutes or so at 250F to crisp up and get firm again.

          And here’s the finished product ..... As good as any pork belly appetizer I’ve had in a restaurant. Stacy really enjoyed it, and she’s not a huge fan of pork belly usually

            It was darn good. Just gotta figure out a sauce and some veggies on the plate and it will be on par with any of those expensive pork belly apps in a restaurant.
