    Char Siu Ribs

Char siu baby backs, per MeatHead's recipe, (except I used cream sherry as the alcohol). Marinated over-night and most of cook day. Cooked at 225F on the Rec Tec for 3 hours, basted with honey at 2.5 hours in. They came out excellent!

It would be low if they were cooked as a rack, but they are cut apart before cooking. Here's a link to recipe: http://amazingribs.com/recipes/porkn..._siu_ribs.html
