    Char Siu Ribs

    Char siu baby backs, per MeatHead's recipe, (except I used cream sherry as the alcohol). Marinated over-night and most of cook day. Cooked at 225F on the Rec Tec for 3 hours, basted with honey at 2.5 hours in. They came out excellent!

    They look great, 3 hours seems really low...I hope because I have a rack on now that I was planning on taking 4ish

      Those look great mgaretz. I've been eyeballing that recipe lately. I'm going to give it a try this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration.
