2. Put the ribs on a cooker at about 250F
3. Wait 4 hours .... have a beer while you wait
4. Take them off the cooker

Now that I’m done being goofy, I’m with Mr. Bones ... .let us know what type of ribs and what you’re cooking on. Between us, we ought to be able to get you a good technique.
And yes, basic pork ribs should always include a batch o’ beans cooked underneath.
