    My Blasphemy Ribs and Raspberry Ribs

    Smoked 2.5 hours with Killer Hogs rub. Honey, Parkay, and brown sugar added midway though. Dry brined overnight. No sauce!

    Raspberry ribs pics to be added when done.

      Same toppings and dry brine on the ribs just finished with blue’s raspberry chipotle sauce. These needed four hours or so.

        I thought both tasted awesome. However, my daughter will provide a more impartial rating on both tomorrow.

          Those look fabulous!

          I admit I came in here to find out just what the samhill raspberry ribs were . . . and now they're on my (ever-growing) list too. Y'oughta be ashamed.
