      Looks delicious! I've got the same thing going on my Slow n Sear right now. The only tip I have is that you don't need to start most of the charcoal at the beginning. After you get the first 5-10 bricks going, just add a chimney full of unlit charcoal to fill the rest of the basket. That will allow it to slowly burn across the basket throughout the day, instead of it all being lit at once and having to refill as much. Thanks for all the great photos!

      Nice cook!! You can reheat it and put it on anything but I’d definitely recommend trying it in an omelet...so good

              Great looking pork butt. When it looks like a meteorite you know it's doing good! Really enjoyed the write up and pictures. I may even have to try some of the Huskee Shawsh!

                  Really nice job. I loved the story and photos.

                  I used to pull with forks, then I graduated to claws. These days I put the wool mittens on with the food gloves over them and pull with my hands. I can’t say it is any better but it makes me feel like I am an expert! Hahahahaha
