    3 hours in, I am running apple and hickory, with just a bit of charcoal. 2nd attempt at burning wood ( or mostly wood) in my 22 Kettle.

      You know times are tough, I bought some back ribs this morning. Not an SLC in sight, musta been hijacked by the TP Bandits.

        Interesting that you can't find any SLC ribs out your way. Our local Vons in Rancho Bernardo, CA, has a big stack of them out in the an open air freezer. They were about the only meat they had on the shelves when I looked a few days ago.

      Yeah looking good man. Is that wood/fuel burning clean? It might be a bit harsh. They look great though!

        It is, on the fire up, I position the initial smoke straight out, once that is in control, I seem to run just a beautiful invisible disturbance.
