This is what my Friday night will consist of.. 140 lbs of pork butt. 14 lbs of coleslaw. And a few gallons of BBQ sauce. I am worried I am not making enough coleslaw?? Any thoughts??
Kinda wonderin, are ya servin th slaw as a side, a sammich toppin, or available as both?
Ballparkin 2oz. per sammich, that'd still make 25.625 lbs., to pair up with 205 pork servins...
Obviously, 4 oz. side would be twice that, 6 oz. thrice...
Mebbe not everybody gonna want, or take some, might ease ya back a bit...
