    Suggestions to reheat pork ribs

Hi! I smoked ribs over the weekend and, unusually, i have a bunch leftover. I've got a number of full spares which have been cut apart into individual ribs. I also have a full rack of SLCs which are not sliced up, but was cut into 2 half rack slabs. Looking for suggestions for reheating. All ribs were sauced on the grill after smoking. Thanks

I've always wrapped them up in HD aluminum foil and reheated in the oven at 300 degrees until heated though.

I do this, but I add a little butter and sometimes brown sugar to the mix when wrapping them tightly in foil.

I love to use a hot grill. That is my favorite way to do it. Otherwise, I do like Hulagn, and I use the oven.

I liked them cold also, but the boss, not so much!

reheat the half racks on the grill or in the oven .... take some of the individual bones, pull the meat off, chop it up and use it for the meat in a pot o' beans :-)

I have put rib meat in stuffed green peppers. The best!

Microwave with a damp paper towel next to them.

Mudbeaver--I like them cold too. When I heat them I worry about drying them out so I do it two ways. If I thought ahead I get my sous vid machine out or a covered throw away aluminum pans on a rack with w water beneath.

Vac sealed bags in hot water (not boiling). No drying out. Even better if you've got sous vide cooker to set temp. Or foil covered in oven/grill.

Ditto BourBonQ, I divide into portions, vac seal and freeze. Then drop frozen ribs into sous vide for 1-2 hours at 130. They get re warmed gently without recooking. They are nearly as perfect as fresh out of the smoker. YMMV

Bare in the microwave on a plate with that dish cover that traps in some of the heat and steam.

For sauced ribs, I would wrap and heat in an oven. I don't think the sugar content would do well in the microwave.

I think a better idea would be to overnight them to me and let me try out several reheating methods...

So I ended up putting them in the sous vide at 145°F. I will leave them in for an hour or so. Then I might stick them under the broiler just for a minute or 2 per side to dry out the sauce a bit. Thanks for all the responses.

I have an air fryer -- it has basically replaced my microwave reheating duties for meat.
