              Sounds like a nice time and great eatin'. Me I'm eating diet food at work for 5 nights in a row... [sad face]. But I had a great plate full of brisket, halibut and salmon last night...very keto-friendly but still I may have eaten too much..

                Good luck Huskee . I’m on a portion control diet and have lost nearly 50lb since Xmas. Its pretty hard to avoid eating too much to prevent weight gain

                Got the pork butt on at 4:30 AM, it’s deep in the stall now. Ribs going on shortly.

                  This is one of my favorite things about the WSM - overnight cooking! Steady temps and cranks out amazing food!

                Fruit salad, creamy slaw, tangy slaw, veggie platter and corn bread is all set. Ribs went on about 11:30 AM ..... now we wait .... guests show up around 3:30 PM, dinner at 5:00 PM.

                      EdF picked that chicken up at the butcher. Free range that he got from a local farm. Dry brined it all night .... rub is home grown "herbs de Provence" and olive oil

                        Memorial Day BBQ was pretty good. Had 13 people over, did a 7.5 lb pork butt, 2 racks of back ribs and 1 chicken. Plus all the sides that folks brought, including chips and homemade salsa, corn muffins, macaroni salad, 2 coleslaws and a fruit salad. The teenage boys destroyed the pulled pork ..... there’s maybe one portion leftover.
