Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Looks great! If you want to decrease the charred edges on homemade bacon, try frying at a lower temp (low & slow ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ) or better still roast on a rack in the oven.
