    I have found that 6 slabs in a PBC will have an effect on the cook time. It may be a little lower and slower than you are used to, so plan on an extra hour or 2

      FIY for those in a bind you don't need a membership for sams club you can pick up a day pass and they add a surcharge 10%. Works handy on Saturday night when Costco closed at 6 and you forgot to get the ribs

        The closest Sam's is one hour away and frankly their meat section was sub-par the 5-6 times I've been there. Lotta overpriced briskets and beef loins.
