    Ribs in Argentina

Finally finished the trailer I have been working on for 6 weeks. Cooked up a bunch of ribs today on the smoker and a small leg of beef. Going to be cooking all weekend at this event.

Tomorrow we have a big leg of beef over the fire same as today and Sunday cooking a whole 100kg pig by the fire. Have 1.5 tons of wood to cook it. Along with the Memphis style ribs and chorizo on the parrilla.

Ahumadora , where in Argentina are you? My daughter lives and teaches English in Santiago, Chile. She and Felipe travel to Argentina often.
