    Smoking 2 pork bellies

    I"m having two really nice looking pork bellies on my smoker. They went on at 10:30 this morning. 8 hours later they are at 155F IT. They take a lot longer than expected. Temperature of my bottom shelf is around 225F. Bumped it up to 250F about 90 minutes ago...

    Going to smoke them to around 180F. Chill, then slice them up and throw them on my griddle.

    Edit: pics are upside down, but they are fine when you click on them.
