        Amen. Stop acting pretentious, lol. One of mt proudest days was when my daughter was 9 and said at a fancy restaurant "this braised short rib over polenta is good, but I like dad's smoked beef ribs and grits better" lol

          If you change the name of a plate with chicken fried deer, mashed taters, and green beans to "venison schnitzel, pommes pure, and haricots vert" you can quadruple the price.
