There’s a place in Vegas called Jesse Rae’s BBQ. They have a dish called ‘Maniac Fries’. It’s a bed of waffle fries, covered with smoked Mac and cheese, sausage, and brisket. Drizzled in their own BBQ sauce.
I thought it sounded disgusting….I have it a shot after a friend insisted and damn if it wasn’t just a fantastic blend of flavors

Had pulled pork mac and cheese at a restaurant a couple weeks ago, it was good, but this looks better.
