ofelles too bad you missed their Black Friday sale (it was a good deal). If you can stomach the full retail price, it'll be money well spent. It's definitely worth it at the sale price, if/when they offer it again.

Heck, we've all spent $30 or more on, let's say, a bottle of wine or a grill ingredient. This will be the $30 that'll keep on giving...

If you have a 'blog (or post any of your Word recipes here on The Pit via cut/paste), you can download them into Paprika.

Here's what I've done with many of my Word recipes stored on my PC: I have one Google 'blog opened with a phony baloney account name with an email addy which I never use. Its sole function is to provide a URL into which I can cut/paste the Word recipes into a 'blog post, save, then access that post via Paprika and click "download". Works just fine. That saves on a ton of smaller cut/pastes for a single Word recipe into each Paprika field.

Actually I think it was $2.99 for the Android version when it was on sale. I believe it was $5.99 regular price. I have it on tablet and phone. Did not bother with the Windows version. That's a laptop in den. I don't cook in the den and I like the recipe in kitchen where I'm cooking.

ofelles I have many recipes as I know most of us do. I did not do a mass conversion. As I use a recipe I down load it and save it. I find a new recipe, I down load it and save it. Also, the app has it's own browser. Make sure once you download save (bookmark) in the app. That way you can get to the original web site with full information I.E.. videos ect while never leaving he app. The app filters everything but the recipe which is what you want. I don't think you will be dissapointed.

ofelles also, when you are really cooking right along, if you scale the recipe to, say, half. It will scale the measurements in the ingredient list, but NOT in the instructions. Learned that the hard way.
