    40 lbs of beef defrosting (photo)

    I love pork, and turkey, and chicken and lamb. But life wouldn't be the same without cows.

    Here is the supersized brisket thawing, alongside the huge boneless rib roast, both from Creekstone. I had to take the stuff out of the door shelves in order to close the refrigerator.
