How to achieve great bark during your cook ...

Everyone has been talking about bark on their ribs, brisket and pork shoulder, so I bought a truckload of it for my cook!

Hell Yeah. Just sprinkle it on and let it ride.

      Great post!
I believe many of us could benefit from a thread on the proper application of bark but were to shy to ask.
      Carry on.

Hmmm - I'm not sure, but you may be barking up the wrong tree - err - butt...

I prefer my bark to be coarser than that, personally. More of a medium, than a fine.

This bark isn't so fine. It was pretty "chunky", as there were some serious sticks in there!

                Helps the bark to "stick"

Hmmm... maybe I've been barking up the wrong tree too. I've been getting my dog to bark while I'm smoking briskets, butts & ribs.😎 I better go to the landscaping store I guess. Who knew?🙄

Dog bark may require a little mustard slather to aid in sticking to the brisket.
