Yikes, my ribs were a pair of duds... 1 seasoning I'd never used before on one rack and too much seasoning on the other. I haven't had non-extra meaty baby backs in a long time, seasoning woulda been fine on those. Still edible bit I wouldn't serve em to company. The blackening seas9ning I hadn't used or pork before is fine it just clashes woth the blues hog glaze.
