1 for sure (beets) ... although I've actually had good borscht ... so maybe I DO eat beets. And another possible 1 (kombucha) depending on how much I like or tolerate or hate it if I ever try some.
1 just because I’m not sure what Kombucha is and never tried it. However if it is something pickled then my score would be a zero because in my world vinegar is one of the major food groups alongside mayonnaise.
My hatred for vinegar comes from being traumatized as a kid. My mom would make a spinach salad, and one step was to fry the vinegar in a skillet or wok, which made the ENTIRE house reek of it. Damn near made me hurl, I had to run screaming from the house. Did me in on spinach too, I reckon. There's no coming back from experiences like those...
Picky, by this charts standards, no. Picky, yes. But the few I did not care to try, or not fond of, it’s likely I just have not learned or cared how to treat properly,

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I got a 3. There’s nothing there that I haven’t tried, but seafood doesn’t agree with me, so raw fish, oysters, and shrimp. I love grapefruit, but I don’t eat it because it interferes with several of my medications. But every now and then I’ll get a glass of fresh squeezed juice at a fancy restaurant; chug it; and then refill it and do it again. Like once every couple years.
Grapefruit interferes with some of my meds, too, so now I only have it once a year on Christmas morning. Having grapefruit for breakfast on Christmas morning is a tradition my wife brought to our marriage from her family.
