I just grab a boiled egg with a little salt and pepper and maybe an apple or banana. Sometimes coffee, most of the time water.

      Coffee lately.

This morning, I took my son out to breakfast, so he had pancakes and bacon, I had 3 over medium eggs, biscuit with fried chicken breast covered with gravy, 2 sausage links, 2 pieces of toast and hash browns.

Nothing else today. Most of the time lately, it's been no breakfast, no lunch, then a reasonable dinner. Except for the week of Spring Break when we were traveling on on vacation. I'm a big fan of breakfast, though, I could eat a big country breakfast like every day and weigh 500 lbs and be happy. lol

So I'm doing the 'intermittent fasting' thing, basically just eating once a day to try to make my clothes fit better. Or I'll need to make good friends with a tent maker.

I failed... I ate a bunch of salad today at lunch. I did avoid the dozen pizzas, the calzones, the cheese breadsticks and the cinnamon and brownie dessert pizzas and such. But after not eating since 10AM yesterday, my belly was grumbling and I was hollow inside. I needed something. Tonight, though, it's beer-boiled brats then seared on the griddle or maybe the grill with garlic-sauerkraut mustard for our weekly men's group gathering. W00T!

I break my fast daily at 12:30-1:00pm, except on Mondays. Usually cook some form of eggs with ingredients for whatever form I’m a doin. I might occasionally sneak a snack 11ish to tide me over fer breakfast. Sometimes BF is leftovers. I also start my day with 2 mugs of coffee, then switch to tea the rest of the day.

Anyone eat leftovers for breakfast? It may not be very healthy but anything from left over pizza to a smoked chicken breast on a tortilla is fast and often better tasting the next day.

Most days and especially work days, it’s a mocha. Maybe some leftovers if I’m feeling hungry but generally only my coffee and then eat something for lunch if I can find leftovers. Otherwise nothing until dinner. Days off if we’re not busy in the morning, I will make a breakfast generally consisting of eggs, potatoes, bacon or more on the flat top.

Breakfast is a must for me. I get up early so it's usually grits, eggs bacon a few times each week. The grits take about 45 minutes so while they are cooking I can shower, check email and such. Bacon takes 7 minutes in the air fryer and the eggs are put on about the time the bacon is put into the air fryer. I usually have biscuits from the weekend so sometimes a biscuit sandwich.

This morning was a burrito with leftover chicken, queso Oaxaca, Mexican rice and tomatillo salsa.

6 days a week, my typical breakfast is two eggs over easy, a rasher of bacon, grits and a slice of wheat toast. Sometimes I go a little crazy and swap out the grits for home fries. Sunday is Pancakes and Bacon.

Most weekday days I have black coffee, 2 eggs over easy, whole wheat toast (sometimes with mashed seasoned avocado) and 2 strips of bacon. Sometime I mix it up and do a breakfast sandwich on a everything bagel or hard roll. Sunday's are typically pancakes or french toast with bacon.

            Black Coffee, Creatine and Glycine.

I have been on the One Meal a Day train for the last year or so. Loving it, but I really only eat dinner these days.

Almost always Spicy, low-sodium V8 with a lot of black pepper added. Often, scrambled eggs with swiss cheese and onion, or a bagel of muffin, or leftovers from dinner. And lately, I've been on an avocado toast from Dunkin binge.

Since my wife and I have started keto we fast 18 hours/day so we no longer eat breakfast, we do not miss it. I have a big cup of black expresso coffee in the morning and sometimes it is bulletproof coffee but that is it. I used to eat steel cut oats before starting keto. I have lost all the weight that I want so I need to figure out how to maintain my weight.
Has anyone ever tried an whipped up egg in your coffee? I do not eat eggs but an egg in your coffee is good.

Usually, a coffee and either shredded wheat (for cholesterol ) control or oatmeal and some fruit. Sometimes it's just coffee and a piece of seed toast.
