I haven't discarded anything in particular, but I am careful when eating tomato based foods like spaghetti or pizza, etc. The acid in those will give me acid reflux/heartburn especially if eaten too close to bedtime. If eating mexican food, I will request green sauce rather than red if it comes with it due to being less acidic. I try to eat earlier in the evening so I have several hours between food and bed, but that doesn't always work. Fast food is really only when we're out and can't get home.
We do eat down at our local lodge fairly often because we're always down there for meetings, etc until too late into the evenings to cook at home. Been trying to figure out meals I can prepare at home ahead of time, but that doesn't work well either because my husband can't make it home before the meetings most times.
